Hallucination Before Christmas Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of hbcparty.com, your purchase of tickets and merchandise, and our email and text message programs. The site and the Hallucination Before Christmas event are operated by Hallucination Media, LLC ("we," "us"). By using the site or making a purchase, you agree to these terms.

Eligibility and event entry

The event is for guests 18 and older. Valid government-issued photo ID is required for entry; the name on your ID does not need to match the ticket. We and the venue may refuse entry or remove anyone who breaks the law, the venue's rules, or these terms, without a refund.

Tickets

  • All sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for any reason, including change of mind, scheduling conflicts, illness, travel problems, weather, or inability to attend. By completing your purchase, you agree to this policy.
  • Rain or shine. The event takes place regardless of weather.
  • Cancellation. If the event is canceled for any reason, including circumstances beyond our control, no refunds or credits will be issued.
  • Postponement or venue change. If the event is rescheduled or moved, your ticket is valid for the new date or location. No refunds will be issued for postponed or relocated events.
  • Event changes. Lineup, set times, performers, and other event details may change without notice and are not grounds for a refund.
  • Ticket delivery. Tickets are emailed as a PDF after purchase and are available in your account dashboard. You can also add them to Google Wallet or Apple Wallet. Check your order carefully; mistakes cannot always be corrected after purchase.
  • One entry per ticket. Each ticket can be scanned only once. The first person to present a valid ticket is admitted; copies, duplicates, and tickets already scanned will be refused.
  • Lost, stolen, or shared tickets. You are solely responsible for keeping your ticket safe. Hallucination Media, LLC is not responsible for tickets that are lost, stolen, destroyed, forwarded, or copied.
  • Transfers and resale. You may give or sell your ticket to someone else at your own risk. We do not facilitate transfers, verify private sales, or resolve disputes between individuals. Reselling tickets above face value is prohibited. Tickets bought from anyone other than hbcparty.com may be invalid.
  • Payment disputes. If you have a problem with your order, contact orders@hbcparty.com first. If you file a chargeback or payment dispute on a ticket purchase, the tickets on that order will be voided and entry will be denied, and we will provide your bank with records of your purchase and your agreement to these terms.

Merchandise

Merchandise is made to order by our fulfillment partner, Printful, and shipped directly to you.

  • Damaged, defective, misprinted, or wrong items: email orders@hbcparty.com within 7 days of receiving your order, with your order number and photos of the issue. We will replace the item or refund it.
  • Lost packages: contact us within 30 days after the estimated delivery date.
  • No returns for change of mind or size: because items are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size selection, change of mind, or shipping carrier delays.
  • Contact us before returning anything. Items sent back without our approval will not be refunded.
  • Address and unclaimed packages: if a package is returned because the address you provided was incorrect or incomplete, or because it went unclaimed, you are responsible for the cost of reshipping it.

Orders and payment

We accept payment through Stripe, PayPal, and Venmo. Prices are in U.S. dollars and may change at any time before you buy. We may cancel an order affected by a pricing error, suspected fraud, or limited availability; if we do, we will refund any amount charged.

Text message program

  • Program: Hallucination Before Christmas text messages from Hallucination Media, LLC.
  • What you'll receive: recurring automated marketing text messages, including event announcements, ticket offers, promotions, and cart reminders, at the mobile number you provide.
  • Consent: you join only by opting in. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
  • Frequency: message frequency varies.
  • Cost: message and data rates may apply.
  • Opt out: reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. You will receive one confirmation message, and no further messages after that. Reply START to resubscribe.
  • Help: reply HELP for help, or email orders@hbcparty.com.
  • Carriers: mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  • Privacy: see our Privacy Policy. We will not share or sell your mobile information with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes.

SMS Mobile Message Marketing Program Terms

Hallucination Media, LLC ("we," "us") offers a text message program for Hallucination Before Christmas (the "Program"). By opting in, you agree to these Program terms, which are part of our Terms of Service.

Opting in. You join the Program only by affirmatively opting in, such as through the signup form at hbcparty.com/2026/texts. By opting in, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing text messages at the number you provide. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message and data rates may apply.

What you'll receive. Messages about Hallucination Before Christmas, including event announcements, ticket offers, merchandise, promotions, and cart reminders. We will not send messages promoting alcohol or other age-restricted products.

Frequency. Message frequency varies.

Opting out. Reply STOP, QUIT, END, REVOKE, OPT OUT, CANCEL, or UNSUBSCRIBE to any message to stop receiving texts. You may also opt out by any other reasonable means, such as emailing orders@hbcparty.com. You may receive one message confirming your opt-out. Reply START to resubscribe.

Help. Reply HELP to any message, or email orders@hbcparty.com.

Changing your number. If you stop using the mobile number you subscribed with, please opt out first so messages aren't sent to the number's next owner.

Eligibility. You must be 18 or older and the account holder of the mobile number, or have the account holder's permission. You need a mobile device and carrier that support text messaging.

Delivery. Messages are delivered through your wireless carrier and may be delayed or not delivered. Carriers, including T-Mobile, are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy. See our Privacy Policy. We will not share or sell your mobile information with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes.

Disputes. Disputes about the Program are governed by the Governing law section of our Terms of Service.

Changes. We may update these Program terms from time to time. Continued participation after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Email

If you buy from us or sign up for our newsletter, we may send you marketing emails. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any marketing email. We will still send messages about your orders.

Use of the site

All content on hbcparty.com, including logos, artwork, photos, and text, belongs to Hallucination Media, LLC or its licensors and may not be copied or used without permission. You agree not to misuse the site, interfere with its operation, or use it for anything unlawful.

Assumption of risk

Attending a live event involves risks, including loud music, crowds, and flashing lights. You attend at your own risk.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The site and our services are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hallucination Media, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the purchase giving rise to the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Hillsborough County, Florida.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date above shows when they were last changed.
